After decades of misguided politics and a corporate mindset within the industry that under-valued their workers worth, like dogs left out in the yard, the Building Trades Unions came together to win the rights for all construction workers to finally be treated with human decency. The legislation allows construction workers to be able to use a flush toilet and running hot and cold water when they need to use a washroom.
