The FORGE - Peer to Peer Network

Real Support from People Who've Been There

At The Forge, we believe in the power of connection – and there’s no connection more powerful than one built on shared experience. Their Peer to Peer Network will be the heart of their initiative: a support system where skilled tradespeople will be able to talk openly with others who truly get it.

Community Connection

In the trades, you never work alone. Mental health should be no different.

The construction industry has the highest suicide rate of all industries in Canada. A culture of “toughing it out” prevents workers from seeking help.
